Adron Homes Illuminates Ojude Oba Festival 2025, Pays Homage to Awujale of Ijebuland

Adron Homes and Properties Limited, one of Nigeria’s foremost real estate firms, brought colour, glamour, and cultural pride to the 2025 edition of the Ojude Oba Festival in Ijebu Ode, making a grand appearance under the distinguished banner of the “House of Adron.”
The company, known for blending real estate excellence with community engagement, made a striking impression during the annual celebration, showcasing vibrant traditional regalia, high-energy cultural performances, and a coordinated display that highlighted unity, class, and heritage.
The House of Adron’s procession turned heads as it paraded through the festival grounds, with celebrity appearances from Nollywood stars and cultural ambassadors Lateef Adedimeji and Femi Branch, who joined the entourage in paying homage to the Awujale and Paramount Ruler of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona.
Their participation added a touch of star power and drew loud cheers from the enthusiastic crowd.
The 2025 Ojude Oba Festival welcomed a host of dignitaries, including the Executive Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun CON, MFR; the First Lady of Ogun State; Deputy Governor Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyelade; the Deputy Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency Olayide Adelami; and the Minister of Arts, Culture, and Tourism, Barr. Hannatu Musa Musawa. Traditional rulers from across Yorubaland and various national and international guests were also present at the cultural celebration, which featured colourful attires, horse-riding displays, drumming, and traditional pageantry.
Beyond its flamboyant showing at the festival, Adron Homes reaffirmed its ties to the Ijebu Ode community, where it has established several real estate developments. These include the Chicago Parks and Gardens, Sugarland Estate, Winter Park and Gardens, and Imperial Park and Gardens—estates designed to harmonize modern living with the cultural values of their host communities.
Speaking at the festival, the Chairman and CEO of Adron Group, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, KOF, underscored the company’s dedication to preserving Nigeria’s cultural legacy while delivering accessible luxury.
“Ojude Oba is more than a festival—it is a movement that reflects identity, pride, and unity. At Adron Homes, we are proud to be part of this movement, championing culture as we build dreams,” he said.
Adron Homes’ participation in this year’s Ojude Oba Festival has further cemented its reputation not only as a builder of homes but as a promoter of Nigeria’s rich cultural heritage. Its dynamic presence at the festival served as a symbol of tradition meeting innovation and reaffirmed its role as a socially rooted and culturally conscious brand.
As the festivities came to a close, the House of Adron’s impact remained evident, a vibrant reminder that when culture is celebrated, Adron Homes answers with grandeur and pride.
