Aare Emmanuel-King made this assertion following a landmark courtesy visit to the House of Oduduwa on Tuesday, 6th January 2026, where he was warmly received by His Imperial Majesty, Kabiyesi Arole Oduduwa, Olofin Adimula, the Oonirisa of Ife, HIM Oba Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi, CFR, Ojaja II.

The Adron CEO emphasised that the company’s engagement with royal and traditional institutions goes beyond ethnic or regional considerations, reflecting a broad national outlook that recognises the crucial role of all cultural heritages and custodians across Nigeria in promoting unity, peace, and development.

“At Adron Homes, we hold the belief that land is sacred, and development must be undertaken with profound respect for culture, history, and traditional authority — not only in the South-West, but across every part of Nigeria,” he stated.
He highlighted Adron Homes’ expansive presence across the country, noting the company’s significant contributions to housing delivery, job creation, and economic empowerment in several states. According to him, sustainable and impactful development is best achieved when modern enterprise operates in harmony with indigenous values and long-standing institutions.
As part of the company’s long-term strategic vision, Aare Emmanuel-King also announced plans for a landmark luxury estate project, ORISUN WHITE PARADISE RESORT, a world-class development spanning over 200 acres in Ile-Ife. The project, he said, is designed to seamlessly blend contemporary luxury with cultural identity and tourism development.
