Polaris Bank Concludes 2025 Customer Service Week, Reaffirms Commitment to Exceptional Customer Experience

Polaris Bank has reiterated its unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences as it successfully wrapped up the 2025 edition of Customer Service Week, themed “Mission: Possible.”

The week-long celebration, held from Monday, October 6 to Friday, October 10, featured a variety of engaging activities aimed at appreciating customers and recognising staff across the Bank’s branches and digital platforms.

Throughout the celebration, Polaris Bank expressed gratitude to its customers through giveaways, appreciation messages, and interactive engagements across multiple touchpoints—demonstrating its dedication to continuously enhancing service quality. Employees were also honoured for their exceptional contributions to service excellence, reflecting the Bank’s conviction that great service begins with a motivated and empowered workforce.

In his closing remarks, the Managing Director/CEO of Polaris Bank, Mr. Kayode Lawal, expressed heartfelt appreciation to customers for their loyalty and trust, describing them as the cornerstone of the Bank’s success.

Across the country, Polaris Bank employees participated in a series of internal learning and engagement sessions designed to strengthen their customer relationship skills and promote a culture of service leadership.
