Fidelity Bank Partners with Federal Government on NIYEEDEP to Empower Six Million Nigerian Youths

Fidelity Bank Plc, one of Nigeria’s leading financial institutions, has been selected as a partner bank for the Nigerian Youth Economic Engagement and De-Radicalization Programme (NIYEEDEP), a strategic initiative of the Federal Ministry of Youth Development in collaboration with the Nigerian Senate Committee on Sports Development.

The NIYEEDEP initiative aims to foster economic empowerment, national development, poverty reduction, and enhanced security by targeting the country’s youth demographic. It is specifically designed to create six million jobs across critical sectors including agriculture, technology, and renewable energy.

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Osita Ede, Divisional Head, Product Development at Fidelity Bank Plc, stated:

The programme is open to Nigerian youth aged between 18 and 35 years. Interested participants are required to open a Fidelity Bank account via the registration portal at https://bit.ly/Fidelity-NIYEEDEP in order to access the benefits of the programme.
