The initiative was led by members of the Prolific Inductees Class of 2025 under the Fidelity Helping Hands Program (FHHP)—the Bank’s flagship, employee-led Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) platform. Through the FHHP, employees are encouraged to identify meaningful community projects, mobilize resources, and receive matching contributions from the Bank to bring such projects to life.

Speaking during the outreach, Dr. Meksley Nwagboh, Divisional Head, Brand and Communications, Fidelity Bank Plc, highlighted the Bank’s unwavering belief in creating a mutually beneficial relationship with society.

Dr. Nwagboh added that the donation to the elderly home goes beyond material support, describing it as a gesture of love, dignity, and respect for the aged, and a reaffirmation of the Bank’s enduring culture of service to humanity.

Residents of the home expressed deep appreciation for the gesture, offering heartfelt prayers and blessings to the Bank. Summarizing the community’s gratitude, one of the beneficiaries remarked, “God will reward you greatly and elevate you higher.”
