Fans React as Simi Attacks MOBO Awards Over Nominees List
Nigerian Cantore, Simi has taken to Twitter to question the organisers of the 2021 MOBO Awards after they publicized their nominee list of the ‘Best African Music Act’.
The Talented singer poised the question as to why her husband, Adekunle Gold isn’t on the list with the likes of Davido, Ckay, Tems, Rema, Wizkid, Ayra Starr under the aforementioned category.
According to Simi, she is hoping MOBO’s tweet in regards to the nominations list is wrong, because she is confident her husband is supposed to be on that list.
Shortly after, the ever opinionated fans of twitter took a deep dive to explain why they would/wouldnt pick Adekunle Gold for nomination in this award category.
