The Real Estate magnate also said anyone who secures investment in that axis would get a massive Return on Investment in no time as Epe will soon transform into a full metropolitan city with numerous amenities. “Epe will be a metropolis in less than Ten years. Our people should begin to see themselves at an advantage because of the strategic investment sited within our domain and the recent boom in real estate investment as many people are relocating to Epe because of its proximity to other states. We should also begin to open our arms and be accommodating to more investors, investment and foreign nationals from all over the world because we have vast virgin land and we are also surrounded by water. We should all come together to ensure our town transforms in no time to a cosmopolitan metropolis that will be an investment hub to prospective investors and also put our town on the map.”
