Eti-Ose ISUA Akoko agog as Hon Adeogun Kicks off electrification Project (VIDEO)

The lost hope of people living and doing business in Eti ose, ISUA Akoko, was yesterday rekindled, just as the House of Representatives member, Hon. Adejoro Adeogun representing Akoko Southeast/Southwest Federal constituency of Ondo State commenced electrification Project in the community by facilitating the supply and installation of 500KVA transformer which is meant to light up up the community.

As much as it is important for a community to have electricity, Eti-Ose in Akoko South East Local Government area hasn’t been a better place when it comes to electricity. It is pertinent to know that the residents of the community had experienced total blackout all years as there has never been traces of electrification in the community.

However, the sustainable and eco-friendly electrification project by the House of Representatives member who also doubles as Deputy Chairman House Committee on National Security and Intelligence is part of efforts to address the issue of outright darkness experienced by the people and will also seek to address the issue of insecurity bedeviling the community and neighboring villages.

This kind gesture came barely few months after he facilitated the provision of relief food, textile and building materials for one thousand households of fire and accident victims and their relations in Akungba and lwaro Oka communities by the National Emergency Management Agency NEMA.

Recall that the intelligent Lawmaker also facilitated the provision of three years tuition free scholarship for five hundred students at Upland College of Education, Ipesi Akoko, to secure a second chance opportunity for the indigent youths that don’t have the economic strength to afford tertiary education including educationally disadvantage teenage mother’s who still desire to further their education and as well open up the Ilelabo axis of Akoko South East Local Government area for social and economic growth.

It would excite you to know that this kind hearted Lawmaker have been nicknamed as the James bond of AKOKO Southeast/Southwest Federal constituency of ondo state owing to the numerous lives he has changed with his empowerment programs and developmental projects he has embarked upon for the betterment of people in his constituency.

In fulfilment of his promise to the people, he expressed optimism that the transformer would significantly impact the quality of life and economic activities within the community.

The Lawmaker explained that he is committed to ensuring that more requests would be fulfilled and Akoko south east/ Southwest would experience rapid development.

The Community leaders took turns to express their deep appreciation for the kind gesture of Hon. Adeogun, promising to ensure proper watch on the transformer.
