The event reportedly occurred on Wednesday near the end of the workday, according to Daily Trust. The collapse occurred while the judge was still in his chamber.

The situation might not be unrelated to a structural shortfall made worse by the heavy rain.

No one was killed in the fall, but the Chief Judge is said to have suffered significant injuries when a portion of the office fell on top of him. According to Daily trust.
