Eid-fitri Tragedy: 18 seater bus swerved off Third Mainland Bridge flings two passengers into Lagoon (Video)

Two passengers were flung into the lagoon when an LT 18-seater bus with registration number FKJ 872 YA, at a very high speed swerved off the road and hit the Third Mainland Bridge rails.

The accident occurred at Adeniyi Adele’s axis inward of Lagos Island.

Already, the victims are being searched by the Marine Police.

According to the Southwest Zonal Coordinator of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Mr. Ibrahim Farinloye, the crashed vehicle had been towed to Adeniji Adele police station.

In history instant report, he said: “Two fatal crashes involving an LT 18 SEATER registration number FKJ 872 YA occurred along Adeniyi Adele axis inward Lagos Island.

“On a very high speed swerved off the road and hit bridge rails and caused the two passengers flung off into the lagoon

“The victims, an adult male and female are being searched by the Marine Police.”
