A Former president of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo has been seen in a video asking traditional rulers to rise up and greet him at a public event.
In the video where he spoke in Yoruba language, the ex-president stated that when he was still ruling, he prostrated to greet kings and he expects the same for rulers now that he has retired.
