Recall that King Sunny Ade set the record with his critically-acclaimed album, “Juju Music” in 1982, about 18 years before Rema was born.

The Juju Music album spent 29 weeks on the Billboard 200 and was the longest-running Nigerian project ever in the chart’s history until it was recently displaced by Rema’s debut album ‘Rave & Roses’, which has hit 30th week on the chart this week.
