Adron Homes Chairman Hosts NSE Ibeju-Lekki Executives, Explores Strategic Partnership

The newly established Ibeju-Lekki Branch of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), which recently became the 91st branch of the Society, has paid a courtesy visit to the Chairman/CEO of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, Sir Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing KOF, at the company’s corporate headquarters.

Leading the delegation, Engr. Olufemi Dare, FNSE, Chairman of the Branch, described the visit as a strategic move to foster closer ties with corporate institutions that have consistently demonstrated professionalism and upheld structural integrity in their projects.

In his remarks, Engr. Dare commended Adron Homes for its remarkable track record in delivering quality housing solutions across Nigeria and beyond. He noted that the company’s reputation for structural soundness and innovation in real estate development has become a benchmark for engineering excellence. He further announced that the Branch would be presenting an award of recognition to the Adron Chairman at its upcoming official inauguration ceremony, in appreciation of his significant contributions to housing development and infrastructural advancement in Nigeria.

The meeting also centered on potential areas of collaboration between NSE Ibeju-Lekki and Adron Homes, particularly in engineering, professional development, and sustainable housing innovation.

In his response, Sir Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing warmly welcomed the delegation and expressed optimism about building a lasting partnership. He acknowledged the indispensable role engineers play in driving national growth and highlighted the numerous challenges confronting the sector in Nigeria. He emphasized that these challenges can only be effectively addressed by engaging qualified, committed professionals—an approach that has defined Adron Homes’ operational philosophy.

“Engineering is the backbone of any meaningful infrastructural progress, and as developers, we cannot afford to compromise on professionalism. This is why I am excited about this partnership and look forward to building a mutually beneficial relationship with the NSE Ibeju-Lekki Branch,” he stated.

The NSE delegation included Engr. Tiramisu Bello, MNSE (Vice Chairman); Engr. Omolola Adetola, FNSE (General Secretary); Engr. Taiwo Musa, MNSE (Assistant General Secretary); Engr. Ayodele Agunloye, MNSE (Financial Secretary); Engr. Opeyemi Olabisi, MNSE (Technical Secretary); and Engr. Oluwadare Raji, MNSE, among others.

On Adron Homes’ side, the Chairman was joined by members of the executive team, including Adenike Ajobo, Managing Director; Tolani Roberts, Deputy Managing Director (Business Investment and Development); Mr. Kunle Ifeanyi Konwea, Director of Brand and Communications; and Maureen Echefu, Chief Press Secretary, among others.

The visit not only reaffirmed Adron Homes’ commitment to upholding professional engineering standards but also marked the beginning of a new chapter of collaboration between the real estate leader and the newly inaugurated NSE Ibeju-Lekki Branch. Both parties pledged to pursue innovative initiatives that will reshape housing delivery and infrastructural development in Nigeria.
