A Nigerian school accountant confessed to reporting his own school for examination malpractice in the West African Senior School Certificate Examinations (WASSCE).

The confession came to light during the “Confession Thursdays” segment on 99.3 FM, where the accountant, identified as Banjoko Joseph, disclosed the astonishing motive behind his actions.

According to Joseph, he sent a message to the WASSCE office accusing his school of cheating during the previous year’s WAEC exams.

Joseph’s startling revelation was that he took this drastic step because the school’s proprietor failed to share a portion of the money collected from students with him.

The motive for reporting the malpractice appears to be financial retribution against his employer.

The consequences of Joseph’s actions have been severe for the school.

As a direct result of his accusation, the school’s exam results were canceled not only for last year but also for this year.

This double cancellation has left the accountant perplexed, as he expressed his confusion during the radio confession regarding why the results were canceled for the second consecutive year.
