Without an iota of remorse for the current economic hardship Nigerians are going through following the policies of his government, President Bola Tinubu has reportedly proposed to spend the whooping sum of N6.9 billion on procurement of vehicles for the State House, with the office of the First Lady getting N1.5 billion for new cars.

This flamboyant proposal according to DailyPost, is contained in the Supplementary Budget the president transmitted to the National Assembly for approval.

Meanwhile, this proposed expenditure is coming at a time when Nigerians are still criticizing the decision of the National Assembly to procure N75 billion worth of vehicles for the 469 lawmakers.
