The Chairman of Adron Homes and Properties, Sir Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, KOF, has congratulated renowned businessman Anthony Osibodu on his coronation as the Bobajiro of Ilishan-Remo, describing the traditional honour as recognition of his achievements, character and contributions to his community.

Emmanuelking, who holds the traditional title of Borokini of Ilishan-Remo, extended his goodwill message to Osibodu as the coronation coincided with the businessman’s birthday.

In his congratulatory message, the Adron Homes chairman described the occasion as a double celebration, noting that Osibodu’s elevation to the traditional position reflected the respect he had earned through his business accomplishments, personal values and commitment to community development.

“When a man spends his years building a name of honour, there comes a time when honour itself rises to meet him,” Emmanuelking said.

He praised Osibodu for building a distinguished business profile and establishing an international presence while maintaining humility, simplicity and strong family values.

According to him, Osibodu’s influence extends beyond his business achievements to his personal character, approachability and commitment to the welfare of those around him.

Emmanuelking also acknowledged Osibodu’s roles as Asiwaju of the Osibodu family and President of The Ilishan Club, describing the positions as evidence of his dedication to family leadership, communal service and the preservation of cultural heritage.

He stressed that effective leadership requires more than titles and recognition, noting that integrity, maturity, trust and the ability to unite people are essential qualities for anyone entrusted with responsibility.

The Adron Homes chairman described Osibodu’s coronation as particularly significant because it strengthens his connection to his roots and places greater responsibility on him to contribute to the growth and well-being of Ilishan-Remo.

He expressed confidence that the newly crowned Bobajiro would bring wisdom, dignity and a strong sense of service to the traditional institution, building on the qualities that have distinguished his personal and professional journey.

Emmanuelking further noted that the coincidence of the coronation with Osibodu’s birthday made the occasion especially memorable, offering an opportunity to celebrate both his personal milestones and the recognition bestowed upon him by his community.

He prayed for God’s continued protection, sound health, wisdom and prosperity for Osibodu, expressing hope that his new year would bring greater fulfilment, fresh opportunities and renewed strength to discharge his responsibilities.

He also wished the businessman many more years of meaningful accomplishments, philanthropy, leadership and service to humanity.

Emmanuelking concluded by congratulating Osibodu on his coronation as Bobajiro of Ilishan-Remo and his birthday, wishing him continued success as he begins a new chapter of traditional leadership and community service.
