Deputy Senate President Appoints Popular ‘Kayanmata’ Seller As Senior Legislative Aide
Newslens NG reports that Popular ‘Kayanmata’ vendor, Aminat Ayeni Onisiwo has been appointed by Deputy Senate President, Barau Jibrin as his senior legislative aide.
‘Kayanmata’ refers to herbs or potions women use in different forms as sexual pleasure, enhancers, or aphrodisiacs in northern Nigeria.
Many married women use ‘Kayanmata’ to spice up sexual relations, but over time, it has been peddled online as a voodoo-like herb for ladies looking to attract the attention of wealthy men.
According to TheCable, Aminat announced the latest appointment in a post via Instagram on Friday, October 20, alongside a flier of her siblings congratulating and wishing her success in her new endeavours.
The e-flier reads, “Congratulations, Princess Aminat E. Ayeni Onisiwo, on your appointment as the senior legislative aide to the deputy senate president of Nigeria. We wish you success in your new endeavors.”
Although the office of the deputy senate president did not publicise the appointment.
