Just In: FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike Reportedly Joins APC
Minister of the federal capital territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike may have joined the All Progressive Congress officially, reports says.
This is in relation to the campaign council list for Bayelsa governorship election which surfaced on the internet few minutes ago. In the list released by the APC, Nyesom Wike was included.
Although he was included in the campaign council list for the People Democratic Party (PDP) too but it appears his loyalty lies with the All Progressive Congress (APC).
Nyesom Wike currently works for the APC government and will most likely work for the candidate of the APC to show loyalty. His decision to work for the APC may also be as a result of the strained relationship he has with the incumbent governor of Bayelsa state, Duoye Diri in the last presidential election.
