The duo met with the president at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Although no official confirmation about the reason for the meeting between the trio, it was gathered that the meeting must have been part of efforts to sort out issues surrounding the party’s leadership.

Recall that Adamu and Omisore resigned last week ahead of scheduled National Caucus and National Executive Council (NEC) meetings, which were to hold on Monday 18 and Tuesday 19 respectively.

Tinubu, who is the leader of the party, is expected to determine a lot about the emergence of new party leaders.
