FirstBank Partners with Verve to Launch Nationwide Verve Flash Promo, Extends Good Life Promo

First Bank of Nigeria Limited (FirstBank), Nigeria’s premier financial inclusion services provider, has announced the launch of the Verve Flash Promo,

a nationwide campaign designed to reward customers with free Verve debit cards.

The initiative, which commenced on 6 October 2025 and will run until 30 January 2026, is targeted at FirstBank customers whose ATM cards have expired, offering them an opportunity to renew their cards at no cost.

Under the promotion, 131 customers will receive free Verve cards daily on a first-come, first-served basis across all FirstBank branches nationwide. The initiative reinforces the Bank’s long-standing commitment to convenience, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.

Speaking on the initiative, Chuma Ezirim, Group Executive, e-Business and Retail Products at FirstBank, said: “The Verve Flash Promo is not just about rewarding customers with free Verve debit cards; it’s about celebrating our 131 years of trust, resilience, and innovation in Nigeria’s financial services industry. The Verve Flash Promo rewards loyalty and strengthens our commitment to making everyday transactions more rewarding. As we extend the Good Life Promo, our focus remains on driving financial inclusion while delivering tangible value to Verve cardholders nationwide.”

Meanwhile, the ongoing Verve Good Life Promo, designed to reward Verve cardholders for their transactions at select merchant locations, has been extended to 30 November 2025.

During the promo period, Verve debit cardholders will enjoy 10% cashback at popular outlets including The Place Restaurant, Quickteller, Buypower, Filmhouse, AlliExpress, Addide Supermarkets, and the Chowdeck app, every Thursday to Sunday.

Additionally, Verve cardholders will now receive 10% cashback on purchases made via the Google Play Store any day of the week throughout the promotional period. Every transaction carried out with a Verve card—whether via ATMs, POS terminals, or online platforms—also qualifies customers for a chance to win up to ₦1 million.
