Dr. Olubunmi Aboderin-Talabi, Non-Executive Director at Punch Nigeria Limited, spoke on “The Ten Stages of Wellness.” She urged participants to recognize and embrace the different phases of their lives, emphasizing the importance of rest and self-care. “You can be pitiful or powerful, but you can’t be both,” she declared.
