Aliko Dangote Holds High-Level Talks with Dubai Leadership to Expand Investment Opportunities
Africa’s foremost industrialist, Aliko Dangote, participated in high-level engagement sessions with the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, alongside members of an African business leaders’ delegation in Dubai on 6 December 2025. The meeting focused on strengthening economic cooperation, deepening trade relations, and exploring new investment opportunities between Africa and the United Arab Emirates.
Also in attendance was Mr Johann Rupert, Chairman of Richemont and Remgro and Founder of the Rupert Education Foundation, South Africa, as discussions centered on fostering strategic partnerships, enhancing private sector collaboration, and unlocking sustainable growth avenues across key sectors.
The engagement underscored a shared commitment to driving inclusive economic development through cross-border investments and long-term business cooperation.
