Politicians, government bodies, and security operatives continue to prove that they are not concerned about the well-being of the people they serve because how can you describe a situation where they clearly saw what was coming and chose to ignore?

A report by The PUNCH revealed that at least 45 people were confirmed dead in Guma Local Government Area of Benue State, with local leaders claiming the true figure could be more than 200, including security officers and entire families burned alive.

As a result of these incessant killings, the Benue state populace hit the streets yesterday in protest against the killings, expressing their displeasure with the government and security operatives in the state.

Meanwhile, all of these could have been easily avoided if the governor had listened to the warnings of Nigerian prophet, Primate Elijah Ayodele.

The prophet had warned the governor of the state and the populace to be careful of attacks that would claim lives. He specifically mentioned some of the local governments that will be affected, and it included the local government that was attacked by the armed herdsmen.

This warning was included in his annual prophecy book titled Warnings To The Nations.

These were his words:

“BENUE STATE: The state will make sincere efforts towards development and improving the welfare of its people. The state must rebuke fire outbreaks and explosions. The government plans for the state will be troubled by some people, and there will be a gang-up against the governor’s efforts. I foresee attacks on farmers as people will take the law into their lands. Also, there will be attacks on military and police formations in the State. There will be a new policy that the government will formulate in order to tackle its various challenges. The government will be faced with political distraction. Farmers will face challenges in the state, and they must rebuke unexpected flooding.

“Let the following local governments be careful of imminent attack: Oju, Obi, Logo, Kastina–Ala, Guma, Apa, Ado, Agatu, Vandeiya and Ohimini. These local governments are going to have several issues and be endangered by terrorist attacks. The government of the state should prevent this.”

Reading the above, one would totally agree that this prophecy, which Primate Ayodele shared in July 2024, has been fulfilled already, and there are other parts still waiting to come to pass, if only the government allows them.

A nation like Nigeria, blessed with an anointed prophet like Primate Ayodele shouldn’t be experiencing unfortunate incidents like this but what can be done if the administrators of the country are stubborn towards God’s warnings?

This isn’t the first time a thing like this, which Primate Ayodele warned about, would be coming to pass, most especially in terms of insecurity. It would be recalled that in 2024, when kidnapping was rampant in Abuja, Primate Ayodele was said to have warned that Kidnapping would take a new dimension in the country in his 2024 prophecies, which were released in December 2023. It took a while before security operatives started working towards it, and by then, a lot of kidnap operations had taken place.

It would also be recalled that the recent plane crash that claimed 241 lives in India was foretold by Primate Ayodele just three weeks before it happened. In a video that went viral, the prophet stated that he foresaw the crash of a major international aircraft, and this came to pass.

It’s high time our leaders dumped the conventional way of handling things and started following the warnings of prophets like Primate Ayodele. At least, it would help them prepare ahead instead of endangering the lives of innocent citizens.
