Adron Group Highlights Affordable Property Options at Africa ESG Conference 2026

Adron Group has showcased its range of affordable property investment and homeownership opportunities at the 10th Anniversary Africa ESG Conference and Nigeria Project Expo 2026.

The conference brought together investors, government officials, business leaders and professionals from the real estate, construction, infrastructure and financial sectors to discuss opportunities and developments within the African economy.

Leading Adron Group’s delegation at the event was the company’s Managing Director, Adenike Ajobo, MNIM, MNIPR, who represented the Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer, Aare Adetola Olanipekun Emmanuelking.

Ajobo reaffirmed the company’s commitment to making homeownership more affordable and accessible to Nigerians, noting that Adron Group’s growth has been driven by its core values of affordability, excellence, vision, integrity and tenacity.

She also congratulated the organisers on the conference’s 10th anniversary and expressed appreciation to customers for their continued confidence and support for the company.

Speaking on Adron’s flexible property acquisition options, the Group Deputy Managing Director, Sales and Marketing, Teddy Babatunde, disclosed that customers can access payment plans of up to 36 months for regular plots and 100 months for Vitco plots.

According to him, the flexible payment structure is designed to enable more Nigerians to acquire properties without placing excessive financial pressure on them.

Also speaking at the event, the Deputy Managing Director, Southern Super Cluster, Rosemary Onyediri, encouraged prospective investors and homebuyers to take advantage of limited-time offers available on selected Adron property products.

The company’s Director of Treasury, Samson Balogun, reiterated Adron Homes’ commitment to its vision of helping every Nigerian family own a property.

At its exhibition stand, Adron Group is showcasing a range of property products, housing developments and investment opportunities while engaging visitors on its flexible payment schemes.

Among the featured developments are Grace & Mercy Gardens, Lemon Friday Plus, Forever Young, as well as other housing projects.

The company’s participation in the conference further highlights its drive to expand access to property ownership through affordable products and flexible financing options.
