2023: Osinbajo Issues fresh Directive To His Staff Appointed Into Tinubu’s Campaign Team (See details)

The Vice President of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo has urged all staff of his office who are part of the presidential campaign council of the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Bola Tinubu to give their best to the assignment.
Osinbajo issued the directive in a meeting with the concerned persons on Sunday, Naija News understands.

Speaking about the details of the meeting, a senior presidential media aide and spokesperson for the Tinubu-Shettima campaign organization, Ajuri Ngelale said Osinbajo stressed the importance of the assignment and urged them to discharge their duties without hindrance.

He also urged members of the public to ignore any information stating otherwise.

Taking to his Twitter handle to share the information, Ngelale wrote: “It must be noted that in a meeting today, H.E. VP @ProfOsinbajo has encouraged all OVP staff — who were privileged to be appointed into the @officialABAT
2023 Presidential Campaign Council — to give their best to the important effort without hindrance. Kindly ignore contrary.”

It will be recalled that amidst the rumours that Osinbajo has been sidelined from the APC presidential campaign council, the Vice President and Tinubu met last week in Abuja.
